Shhh. Be vewy vewy quiet, we’re hunting wabbits!

I never said I wouldn’t quote cartoon characters. 😉  Kody is an Eagle Scout. I’m very proud of that fact. He worked on painting the offices of Courage Reins in Highland. Now along the way of getting an Eagle award… the scout learns over and over about the “buddy system”. Somehow Kody completely missed all that learnin. But lucky for him…. I once was a Girl Scout and I learnedid it! So when he said he was going hunting alone. Nope. Nope. Nope. Not gonna happen. So up I  went to Logan to go hunting with him somewhere in them hills (you’ll have to ask him what particular hills them were). We had a grand time. I’ve decided that hunting is all about the Mountain Highs and Valley Lows. Kody refused to walk on even ground. We were either going straight up or straight down. Lucky for me….Kody had a cold so he couldn’t breathe very good so I was able to sorta kinda keep up with him a little. We saw some does… but no wabbits (or elk)! Again, lucky for me! I’m happy to gallivant all over the mountain… but I’m not so thrilled about the guttin’ and cuttin’ and then haulin’ the heavy, tick infested thing out. Just sayin’.
