Homecoming

My first Hoco (September 16, 2017) started off pretty funny when I found out that the squash that I asked Lauren Barlow with wouldn’t break open so she could find my name. It just bounced! And bounced. And bounced. Surprisingly after all that she still said yes. We started out with a “day date” by going to Top Golf. There was an hour long wait where I tried to get my golfing skills up to par but failed. Then we had the official date that night where we had dinner at the Wright’s home. When I picked Lauren up, it was pretty fun because I know her dad because he is the High Councilor over our ward. Thankfully her parents helped both of us put on the corsage and boutonniere.  After dinner we headed to the dance at the high school. Which to my surprise I saw a lot of people that I go to school with. Yes sir! Ended the night right with ice cream dessert at Roper’s.
