The Rim Souvenir

You’d think by the look on Jayden’s face that he won this rim. But actually he had to buy the new one and gets to keep the one he decided to remodel. Maybe now he will believe us when we tell him he needs to drive slower…. especially on snowy roads! He was going down Canal Road headed east…..before he knew it he was spinning all the way around. Ended up facing east still….. but on the other side of the road! WHOA!!!! WHAT A RIDE!!! The back rim hit the curb hard enough that it needed to be replaced. To Jayden’s credit…. he found and bought another rim. Then he worked things out with Grandpa and together they replaced the rim. He now proudly displays the rim in his room… which we hope is a reminder to SLOW DOWN! 🙂
